Contact a local Med-Fit Clinic for free in-person instruction and use of their Lab Materials and Volunteers.

If an OptiHealth Med-Fit Clinic is not located near you, you will need to get your own Lab Materials & Volunteer Clients.
For 5 of the Skill Practicum Labs, you will need a volunteer "Client." It is best to use the same volunteer for the different Practicums. (Any willing adult in fair health will suffice.)
