- New Fitness Score: Evaluates the effectiveness of your Fitness Program.
- Exercise Rx Up-Date: An up-graded exercise routine to match your improved fitness level.
- Adds accountability, confidence, and motivation for achieving your health and fitness goals.
- Get a discount if you bring or refer a friend for a Baseline Med-Fit Assessment.
