People who are moderately active have a 55% lower risk of getting Colon Cancer than people who are inactive.
Higher levels of physical activity do not provide much more protection, but the dose response supports a causal relationship.
The bulk of the health benefit from exercise is realized at the moderate level of exercise.
Conclusion #1: Regular Exercise prevents Colon Cancer.
