1. Read the information presented on the website as both: a) a certified Med-Fit Tech who is part of the OptiHealth Network, and b) a potential Client -- a sedentary person who knows he/she needs to be more physical activity, but has an aversion to exercise, fitness gyms, and personal trainers:

2. You have already watched all the videos listed on the Research page, but take a look to see how your prospective and current clients can access these videos and learn about the benefits of regular exercise for preventing and reversing the chronic diseases that concern them.

5. Explore the certified Med-Fit Tech's customized webpage:
  • Medical Clearance - Test the process a few times by answering the questions differently.
  • Note the difference between who would Pass and who would Fail the Screening Questionnaire.
  • Informed Consent - Read, but do not sign and submit.​
  • Online Response Form - Sends directly to the Med-Fit Tech's Email Inbox.​
  • The "Forms & Charts" button is for active Clients and requires the caSe-seNsitiVe password to access (MedFit).
  • Comment - This feature is optional for your custom webpage, but shows your commitment to service and value.
  • Comments are sent directly to OptiHealth - MedFitTech administration.
Part B: Remember, you are evaluating the support website as both:

  • b) Your own prospective or current Clients.

1. As the Med-Fit Tech, market your Medical-Fitness Services to a prospective client (yourself):
  • Send a short Email message with a link to: www.MedFitTech.com
  • Send a short Text message with a link to: www.MedFitTech.com
  • Keep your Email and Text messages to use as templates that you can EDIT and forward to your prospective clients after you get certified and have your own business cards, map marker, and customized webpage (see below).

2. As your perspective Client:
  • Visit the website from your Email message on your computer, laptop, tablet or smart phone. ​​
  • Visit the website from the Text message on your phone. 

3. A free MedFitTech App is in development and scheduled for release by January 1, 2025.
  • Functions with separate menus for Clients and Technicians.
  • Payment for services can be done through the App.
