- Watch the videos linked below and do the exercises as closely as possible as described.
- Note: The technique for the Push-Ups and Inverted-Rows differ for males and females.
- Note: The Inverted-Rows may be done using a secure bar, instead of hanging rings.
- Follow the sequence and the instructions on the worksheet and record your results.
- Use the online form at the bottom of this page to submit your Fitness Self-Assessment results.
