Local OptiHealth Clinic is Available

 Contact the certified Medical-Fitness Technician at your local clinic to schedule a free Medical-Fitness Assessment.

This is the best way to learn what your new skill set will be as a professional Med-Fit Tech and to experience how much your clients will appreciate your services. It will also help you decide and motivate yourself to complete the Med-Fit Tech program.

​Use the PDF Self-Assessment Form linked below and the Stop Watch feature on your phone's clock to record how long it takes you to complete the exercises listed below. Do all the exercises on the same day and try to complete the set within 1 hour.

Note: Most gyms offer a free 1-day "Guest Pass." Also, if you are unsure how to do any of the exercises, watch demonstration videos on YouTube.

1. Walk/Jog/Run One-Half Mile (800 meters or 880 yards)
2. 120 Air Squats
3. 60 Lying Straight-Leg Raises
4. 30 Push-Ups (on toes for males, on knees for females)
​5. 30 Inverted Rows

Monitor your muscle soreness recovery the following 2-3 days. ​record your maximum soreness level. Then submit your results using the online form below for a free Med-Fit Assessment over the phone with a certified Med-Fit Tech.
